  • 1.  The lot serial number is invalid

    Trying to use IM transaction entry adjustment to adjust a serialized item from 1 to 0.  When the item is selected in the distribution window the following message is displayed "The lot serial number is invalid". Found KB 25142 which looks similar however the GroupSort and LotSerialNo$ fields in IM_ItemCost are the same.  Any ideas how to fix this?

    Did you remove the old key (mentioned in the KB article) ?

    This is premium, so another record isn't created if a key field is modified.

    Also in DFDM try re-entering both groupSort and LotSerialNo fields in case an invisible character crept in.
