    Just went live on v2019 standard today.  Unable to log onto Frx.  "The login failed for the XXX company. Make sure login ID and password are correct and verify the setting on the system specific information page in company info".

    I tested the odbc connection and it is "successful".

    Is "Allow External Access" checked in Company Maintenance? Are you sure the ODBC you tested is the one assigned in Company Setup in FRx?

    @Billy Balser  Thanks for your reply!  Allow External Access was not checked and that solved it.  The odbc was correct.

    Apparently "Allow External Access" doesn't convert / migrate when you upgrade.
