The hotel link says there are no rates available. @JimWoodhead ? Can you check on that?

We have nine registrants (besides myself) and Kelly did not get a room so 8 plus the six of us (assuming we've all booked a room) would be 14. Unless the sponsors have booked, we should have some available. Did the sponsors get the reduced rate as well?

They should. It raises the question: do the sponsors have a special invite / registration process? What do we need to get from them?

I called hotel last night and 10 people had booked rooms. We should have another 10. But we can add more

Ok just spoke to hotel. They are checking to see if we are out of room and we add 10 more.

We think it was one of the pre-night that was out so they're fixing that it's a room so it should be okay now

Just made my reservations. Odd that the only thing I could choose was a room with two double beds.. I am going to call tomorrow to see if I can get a King/Queen bed instead.

I was a bit surprised. Didn't realize we only one type of room for our rate. Will report back in....

We had some on some in the beginning. We can get more if needed. . Plus upgrades will be available too

I called and spoke with Bella (?) with in house reservations (DON""T press 1) and she was able to switch me to a king bed set up. Waiting on the confirmation e-mail....
