So this morning I get a call from a Sage100cloud (2019.1) customer whose subscription anniversary is 11/28/2019 that they are getting a message that their subscription has expired.  System Configuration, Update says "no license or subscription updates found".  The license info on the portal matches what is in there.  And of course Sage support isn't open yet...

Sage needs to do a 30-day advance notice on these.
    Then a 2-week, then a 1 week notice.

When I've look at the portal for customers that pay Sage monthly, it looks just like those that pay annually.  So, that view isn't helpful for this - if they pay monthly and miss, they'll cut them off even though the renewal date remains unchanged.

Has happened to me before.  The actual licensing server sits across the pond.  The folks in CA will have to send it a reset.

Yeah, once support opened I called them and they messaged "Entitlement" management and after 35 minutes it finally worked.  And convincing some Sage exec that this really needs to be fixed would be pointless because what we would really convince the person of is the need to find a other job...
