The fucking Sage portal is so fucking frustrating. Does anyone know how to easily see detail sales by customer for the last twelve months? I want to see how my numbers are being rolled up for tier calculations.

You could try Reporting\Account Activity Details with a date range..

That's what prompted the swearing. :S You can't sort that report by customer and every sale has dozens of little SKU details that make absolutely zero sense.

I didn't say it would be good.... Isn't there a way to export that out to Excel so you could sort and clean up as necessary??

I was wondering if someone knew how to do that? I haven't figured out a way but the buttons are so ... odd. (Like a down arrow for next page instead of the universal VCR button pointing to the right)

Thanks Therese - that did the trick. You rock! And ... surprise, surprise ... this data shows a lot better numbers than what my Tier Qualification shows. I'm wondering what it looks like if I re-run it for last quarter. Hmmm....

Peter I feel your pain.

Mine actually came out less but I think it's due to our 300 account being merged into our 100 account. I don't have access to anything prior to the merge for 300 sales/maintenance.
