I have a customer who pulled over a large number ( 374 ) A/R invoices from repetitive into invoice data entry.
They use Avalara and are on Sage 100 2018.10 Advanced
They've already emailed all the invoices.
Now when they go to post they get:
The following invoices require tax recalculations.And there will be 6 or 7 invoices flagged with invalidtaxcalc.
We recompute them by going to the invoice and clicking on totals and then the Avalara icon.
Then we go back and start the posting process.
And ... another 6 or 7 then come up as requiring tax recalculations.
As you might have guessed - Avalara says call Sage
I run the recalc sales tax utility in AR under Utilities and it seems to clear 6 or 7 and another 6 or 6 appear
Any idea what may be causing the issue?
I'm stumped because recalculating all of the invoices in AR Invoice Data Entry seems like it should either capture all the issues or provide another message indicating what the problem might be.
I saw someone had a similar issue ( in another thread ) and duplicate Avalara invoice numbers were mentioned. This customer claims there are no duplicates.
