  • 1.  The Encryption key is invalid only when Physical Count Worksheet

    Doing a live migration from 4.5 to Sage 2019.4 with Manufacturing.  After doing the migration and converting the company I was unable to open the Physical Count Worksheet in any of the company except a the JOT training company.  In the Sy_company file for the "JOT" there is no "AES EncryptionKey" is blank.  Not sure how to fix this error.

    Removing the existing key in the live companies did not work?  But having a blank in new JOB company is not an issue?

    Check the AESDataEncryptionTest$ field in GL_Options, try copying the value using DFDM from the JOT company to one of the other companies.
