  • 1.  The Encryption Key is Invalid in Payroll 2.19

    I hate this new payroll module! I installed Sage 100 v2018, PU5, Payroll 2.19 and the hot fix that comes with it, all using the customer's keys.  I wanted to see if I was getting employee maintenance information as previously I was having some problems with it.  Now when I access System Config or Employee Maintenance, I get 'The Encryption Key is Invalid, See your System Admin'  
    The Resolution says it's due to copying in MAS_xxx but I didn't copy in any companies.  I uninstalled Sage, removed the Sage 100 folder, installed again and still get the same message.
    How do I fix this?

    Could it be it's not accessing the licensing site because it's not trusted?
