The dreaded, ""The dashboard has experienced a problem. Please contact your system administrator."" Actually after having attended the Tomcat troubleshooting class at #Summit, these have gotten easier.
Now my question is this: I have a customer that is running their CRM both internally (http://servername/crm/eware.dll) and externally (http://crm.somecompany.com/crm/eware.dll). The dashboards are awesome when you inside the network, but give me the dreaded ""experienced a problem"" message outside the network. Is there somewhere that tells me how to configure CRM for this kind of installation? Thanks in advance.
