    Monday's always get me down.......

Various issues with Paperless today.  Have uninstalled the driver, reinstalled, changed security and port settings.  Still getting the top PITA error.  On another, get the second message.  On another workstation, ALL of the installed printers are off line.  Only one that shows is the deferred and export options in Sage.  Reboot does not remedy.

Is paperless sensitive to good and bad printers on the network?

As they so often said on Fantasy Island - "De Pain, De Pain"

Does the Windows user have access to the Paperless Office document target path?

Yes.  Also check the registry for the proper path per the KB.  Stuff hit the fan on Friday on multiple workstations.  They are having some printer issues with their IT person is resolving.  Tomorrow I will deactivate paperless via the checkbox and see if it will actually print on paper.

Sounds like permissions.  Did you try running as admin? I have found that often fixes the issue when the printers aren't available from within Sage.

All of Sage 100 is sensitive to offline printers.  If this is a remote session, try not sharing printers (because redirected printers do cause issues).

If you can, remove all printers from the session leaving only "safe" printers like the M$ PDF printer and see if that works.  If it does, blame IT for the bad print objects.

@alan niergarth - Will look at the permissions issue however I tend to think it is related to some other event.  Good to have on the checklist.  @Kevin Moyes - There is one workstation where all of the printers are offline.  Have asked IT to figure why that is.  Maybe that will be the magic bullet.

Enter the UNC path to the mas90 folder in windows explorer and see if it prompts you for a user name and password.  \\servername\shared_folder_above_mas90\mas90\
