For the second day in a row my Sage 100 2022 Premium customer calls to say that their users get this error - The Database Login Failed - and nobody can print reports.
I do realize the Sage KB suggests that this is an issue with MAS_REPORTS account on SQL and suggests changing the password using the SQL utility.
However, the problem above goes away after a few minutes and everyone can get into Sage and print once again.
Is there an error log I should review somewhere that might tip me off as to what's happening?
This happened at almost the same time each day so I'm suspicious whether someone might have a backup job or some other task running at the same time each day which could temporarily be disabling the ability for MAS_USER to access the SQL server.
