Logged into v2020 Premium Client at their APP Server and can not Print.  Exact message is:  Erorr in Fyle SY_InstalledModulesListing 8204_1472_{E442002A-9110-43D6-A93F-65938114E9FD}.rpt:  Unable to connect:  incorrect log on parameters.  Details:  [Database Vendor Code:  18 ]

This happens on any crystal report/register.

Test connection in Sage 100 Premium SQL Settings utility.  MAS User Connected Successfully.  [DBNETLIB] [Connection Open )SECDoClientHandshake().] Security Error. (err/ret=34/0)

Reset the MAS_Reports Password and tested, Same Database Result as above.

Confirmed MAS_USER is the Database Owner

Client confirmed they disabled TLS 1.0 as an identified security issue/risk.  Then last night he re-enabled TLS 1.0; but it is still not working.

I tried to confirm TCP/IP is enabled, but I can't log in (as administrator) to see that setting.  I will have to have IT check it later today.

    Any other recommendations?

You can remove this from Urgent.  Client turned off TLS 1.0 before I connected, installed new CrowdStrike Software, changed the server to run under Local not a name user, and then found a corrupted file in SQL Configuration Manager.  He restored what he did and rebooted twice, and I'm back in business.  All while telling me "nothing has changed".  Thanks Anyway people.  Happy Weekend!
