    The credit card request to Sage Exchange cannot be processed. Anyone else have a customer report this issue? One just sent me an email that they're getting this when trying to process.

    so are they trying to process a credit card or is Exchange bombing out when trying to install? I have client issues regarding the installation which is always a rights issue.

    Seems as if this is isolated to one pc -- looking to reboot and re-try. They say that others are working ok.

    Sounds like a frickin rights issue. Once of my clients works one day, but not the next. Very frustrating.

    You may need a re-install of SE. www.sageexchange.com/install

    Turns out a reboot of the particular PC fixed the issue
