Resolution
1.Open TimeCard, Main, TimeCard Entry and Edit.
2.Select the appropriate Employee Number and Date Worked
3.Click Recalculate Fields button
4.Click Yes to save changes
5.In the Recalculation Utility window, make applicable selection.
6.Click Accept
The system recalculates the hours at the Hours Worked fields, based on the work hours defined for the employee's shift in TimeClock Shift Maintenance. The system verifies what the regular and overtime hours for the shift should be for the entire week. If the actual hours equal the shift hours, no change is made; if the hours are not equal, the system recalculates the hours.
