The client is using timecard. The system adds the overtime entry when they reach 40 per setup. When someone goes and edits Tuesday's time, is there a way to get TimeCard to recalculate the overtime?

Larry, I don't believe there is, I have a client complaining about that exact issue. They are implementing a new time clock system now and that was one of the reasons for the change. If anyone has a way to do this I would like to know for future.

Well, there is a utility...https://support.na.sage.com/selfservice/viewdocument.do?noCount=true&externalId=51982&sliceId=1&cmd=displayKC&dialogID=51718&docType=kc&isLoadPublishedVer=&stateId=51719&docTypeID=DT_Article&ViewedDocsListHelper=com.kanisa.apps.common.BaseViewedDocsListHelperImpl Resolution 1.Open TimeCard, Main, TimeCard Entry and Edit. 2.Select the appropriate Employee Number and Date Worked 3.Click Recalculate Fields button 4.Click Yes to save changes 5.In the Recalculation Utility window, make applicable selection. 6.Click Accept The system recalculates the hours at the Hours Worked fields, based on the work hours defined for the employee's shift in TimeClock Shift Maintenance. The system verifies what the regular and overtime hours for the shift should be for the entire week. If the actual hours equal the shift hours, no change is made; if the hours are not equal, the system recalculates the hours.
