Sage 100

The client i just upgraded from 3.71 is pointing out that credit card numbers can no longer be viewed except for the last 4 numbers. I just want to verify that the response is 'yes, because of PCI regulations credit card numbers are now encrypted and can no longer be viewed in Sage 100. thanks!

There is an option under user maintenance under preferences to allow display and print formatted credit cards

It's a ""need to know"" option.

i logged onto this client's system and as a test went to user maintenance and check the box to display formatted credit cards and clicked on accept and user maintenance has been processing for 10 minutes and says not responding? Any ideas?

No, Sorry have never seen that one - If you need to make a call to sage, I would recommend asking to speak to Ronnie Aspe. He is the guru of all things credit card.
