The Change RR form seems to be hidden somewhere in the Partner Portal. Here is a current version supplied to me by Irvine.

Aside from the two pages of larger than fine print, did anything change on the only page that used to matter? What if the client never sees pages one and two? I usually complete most of the form for the client, forward to them for review, completion and signature.

Aren't the first two pages for the partner? Basically, their policy?

the reason I needed it was for the details on Page 3. The old version we had referred to old product names, etc. We fill out the partner info on page 3, then print just that page to pdf. The 1-page result is what we pass to new customers, and they just have to fill in their info and print to their letterhead.

As an aside - as soon as I can find all the copies I posted on my website I'm going to take them down. I find that posting them publicly attracts people who fill out the ROR and then are some of the more annoying customers ever..
