Thanks Alnoor - stored procedures in Crystal solved our problem.

If you need Premium work table data for report design, there is a way... by simply taking a copy of the data while the Preview is open. (See attached).

We needed to produce up to 10 reports off the same worktable - so we needed it to persist. Oddly, the temp table with the suffix wasn't showing with any recognizable name, even during the preview. I had seen those on other installations though. Thanks for the info.
