Thankfully we're not paying anything for this piece of shit service. The upgrade really blows big. Unless you know the EXACT name of the group you're trying to share to you cannot do it from the main screen. You have to back out and search for the group then go into it and post. No way this service is viable for more than another 12 months. They'll live off their installed Fortune 500 lock-in (much as Sage does) but stick a fork in this service.

I am amazaed that they call this an upgrade. I don't see the pluses that out weigh the take aways. Trying to be patient. Like Sage, the feature set doesn't flow across all the groups. What IS the reasoning behind not allowing PM's that you originate to be deleted? Last week, you COULD!

BTW, if you are looking for it, the ability to switch to other Socialcast communities you belong to is still here. But you have to select them from your name drop down in the upper right

Cool new feature. When you select the notification button in the upper right (the one that shows a number representing how many unread posts/mentions you have, as you hover over them, you see a nice preview window showing you the actual content

OMG. The day before our Sage 300 conference, they kill the usability by a factor of 10. Worst. Upgrade. Ever.
