Many thanks to Jim and the entire Content Library Committee.  I have already received several new requests.  I appreciate your tireless efforts to get this moving and keep momentum!  Fantastic job.

I just had someone contact me because a file they downloaded from 90 Minds was 'bad'.  Come to find out they downloaded from an old Jul '20 post and not via our Content Library, which begs the question 'why'.

Was the file malware or just incorrect?

    Just bad/incomplete (https://community.90minds.com/viewdocument/sage-100-v-2018-full-version#ItemCommentPanel).

I inquired as to why she doesn't yet have access to the Content Library, in an effort to gauge some reasons why some folks haven't requested access yet.  And I mentioned that I assume she's seen the various posts about it.  She stated, "my fault for not understanding where to go", as well as her suggesting this may be a good blog or post to remind everyone and that she's happy to help.  So I asked if she's interested in joining the Committee, and she is, so @Anne Sawyer, please ping Lanette Felsch.

Should I delete those files?  That's great feedback, should we add Content Library to the "Resources" menu at the top of Higher Logic (and maybe hide Library Entries)?

Agreed, def worth adding 'Content Library' to the Resources menu.  And sure, you can delete those two 'bad' files.

@Steve Iwanowski Thinking out loud here - would it be worthwhile to edit our signatures in HL so that they point to some type of FAQ where people could find this info? Naturally this presumes that people actually read and will follow directions ( 98% of my customers don't .. ) and if so, I wonder if the signature line updates on ALL prior posts if we were to change our signature. That could be one way to reach at least some people. Just a random idea.

I did a quick test and the signature of an existing post doesn't appear to change if you go into your profile and update your profile signature with something new. I can't rule out that maybe some type of cache is causing mine not to change and if I do see an old signature change I will update this.

I don't see any harm in adding to our signature, though it won't affect past entries (as you've found).  @Anne Sawyer, can the "Content Library Committee" tags that show under a user's picture contain links (like to the Content Library request page)?
