  • 1.  Test Install for Sage 100 Premium

    I have installed Sage 100 Advanced on Windows 10 for testing purposes which works fine in most of my testing. I tried to install Premium on the system system with SQL Server 2017 after uninstalling Advanced (and rebooting) and it installs Advanced instead even though the registration is for Premium. Does anyone know why this isn't working? TIA

    As it install progresses, do you receive the normal premium prompts?  I've had this before, and did not have the normal premium prompts, then had to get new registration keys.

    @Michelle Taylor I think you are right. I get Adv prompts instead of Premium and I've quadruple checked the registration on the Account Management/My Company ​page.

    This happened with my NFR keys - it took contacting Sage 5 or 6 times, but Anne Seidel was finally able to get valid keys.
