Sage 100 Advanced 2021.1.  Customer is asking to print a T&C form after each order. It's a one page PDF and needs to be on it's own page. I know it can be done but for some reason it's not working for me. I have tried putting it in different sections, resetting page numbers before and after and everything else I could think of. I have also searched here and found a few articles but they don't seem to work for me. Is there a document somewhere on how to do this?  TIA

    Kenny,

Is this one of the 90 Minds discussions you found? The tip here seems to suggest that T&C was only working on odd-numbered pages. Also another consultant suggested that what many companies were doing is posting a URL that linked to an online T&C so that they didn't have to maintain multiple forms with the same T&C

Wayne, there a few threads. Most were much older like 2015 or before. Their suggestions did not work for me. Maybe it’s the newer Crystal or some other reason. I can get it to work if they print one order at a time but not a range. Alternatively I can get it to do a range of orders but only if they are a single page each. Neither a good solution. I’ll keep experimenting. The url is a good idea. Makes it easy. I’ll ask if that is acceptable to them. Thanks Wayne.

Note that Crystal can create a clickable hyperlink URL in a PDF if they receive the SO electronically.

@Kenny Daniel - Usually requires moving everything Sage currently has in Page header/footers into Group Headers/Footers as a first start.

I second @Beth Bowers comment as an approach we have used in the past.  Since the Group is based on the order it should overcome the issue for printing multiple documents at the same time. T&C's goes in a group footer.  Page footers are suppressed.
