Terminal Server users getting kicked out. This question came from the IT provider for one of our clients. ""Since yesterday, they seem to be having a sporadic issue with the Manteca users getting kicked out of MAS. Manteca uses thin clients to connect to the Terminal server and they run MAS from the Terminal. There are a couple of users in San Jose who also terminal into that server and run MAS but they haven't seen that issue yet. When the Manteca users gets kicked out of MAS, they see a message that says something to the effect that their connection was terminated by peer removal. Have you seen that message before?"" I'll probably suggest re-booting the machines, but I doubt they'll be able to do it before the end of the day. Look familiar to anyone?

Is it possible that they're logging on with the same User ID. I think that would kick the previous user out?

Doubtful, but I'm checking.

I don't think it's a MAS issue. That message sounds like it's coming from a VPN router. They should be able to look in router logs and troubleshoot from there.
