Good morning all, just moved a customer from 2017 to 2019.  New Sage Server, same Terminal Server.  We cannot post\pdf if we have redirected printers turned on.  KB from Sage  (KB 50176) informs me to turn it off, and we can post.  That works, however, not a long-term solution.  Curious what others have experienced on this and any workarounds.

The issue is redirecting the PDF Converter printers.

The Remove the PDF Converter printer(s) from the client machines and you should be able to redirect other printers.

Eric, thanks. I checked that, they don't have any local PDF installs.

Check that each user's default printer has a good driver installed on the server.  (I believe that the default printer is used by Paperless to set page dimensions, and if there is a bad / missing driver, you could have problems).
