Tentative plans are for our member email newsletter to go out each Tuesday at about 1pm.
While we may change the way that we gather information - right now it seems easiest to:
a. Create the content in a Google Doc. We'll create a separate document for each edition.

b. When ready to create the weekly email newsletter copy and past the content from Google Doc into Mailchimp
Using a Google Doc seems like the best way to deal with multi-user access since Google does a pretty good job of simultaneous edits and Mailchimp does not.
This is informational. I will work with Robert and anyone else who is interested in contributing content.
