This is ... interesting... While "Pending" indicates they haven't registered an opinion on the compatibility of Sage 100 2025 with Sage CRM versions... two things stand out - 1) "x" in 2025 for previous Sage 100 versions... you would think if they were going to test, it'd be blank; and 2) the historical breakdown. That's very interesting...

• Sage 100 2021 Compatability:
  • Sage CRM 2020 R2 through Sage CRM 2023 R1 (6 releases)
    
    
• Sage 100 2022 Compatability:
  • Sage CRM 2022 R1 through Sage CRM 2024 R2 (6 releases)
    
    
• Sage 100 2023 Compatability:
  • Sage CRM 2023 R1 through Sage CRM 2024 R2 (4 releases)
    
    
• Sage 100 2024
  • Sage CRM 2024 R1 and Sage CRM 2024 R2 (2 releases)

Unless they're going to retroactively test newer Sage CRM 2025 R1/R2 back to supported Sage 100 versions (2023 & 2024) - the implication is that Sage CRM <==> Sage 100 compatability is going to become restricted. Meaning the only viable on-the-market way of integrating older Sage 100 versions with Sage CRM will be Greytrix.

• Modernization of Exchange Online Integration
• Addressed Exchange synchronization issues where appointments were synced with incorrect times and/or durations, or failed due to expired tokens
• Security enhancements by way of resolving Apache Tomcat vulnerabilities and patched an SQL injection risk in URL handling
• Dashboard and UI enhancements, including fixes for layout issues and improved access for non-admin users
