    Tech Dashboard I am not getting good reports on the functionality of the ""new"" Tech Dashboard, so I am concerned it is not something we can introduce to either customers or prospects very soon, if at all. Currently, there is no solution available for users on 2016 or 2017 of FSD, because blyMobile has not been updated (I cannot even find it on their website). Is it time for Synergistic to find a solution that is state of the art to replace both FSD and Tech Dashboard? I know MSI integrates with Sage 100.

    Does anyone have clients using the MSI Data Mobile & Cloud Field Service Management Software Suite? They were a sponsor for 2 years, but I'm not sure they got much response. I've found they have integrated to some construction packages to offer field service and they already have integrated to Sage 100. On paper, the package looks very good.

    It does look great on paper and it demos very well. But we have yet to receive a referenceable customer from MSI.

    We sold it to a customer almost two years ago and they are still not live.

    Had a customer fully implement, then found a key item (discussed in initial discovery) was ""missing.

    2 failed installations with MSI here along with a 3rd one that was supposedly already installed but were never happy and was given promises that they never received.

    You warned me about them @JimWoodhead at Summit and when I returned, they had already agreed to the sale.

    Have you contacted @PaulZiliak? Since xkzero is in the mobile space he may some good insights on a solution that works with JobOps.

    Thanks for the mention @MoiraGoggin - we have several clients using iSales 100 who also have JobOps, but the catch is this - none of these clients require entry of JobOps data at the time orders are taken. That data all gets entered after the fact in Sage 100. Keep in mind, these are clients taking new product orders, not performing field tech services.
