Sorry if I missed this but which option would vendors choose if they want to send an additional person beyond their allotment per their membership level? Also - do you manually update it when early bird is expired?

I think we decided them as non-members at $600 but @WayneSchulz that is your call. I have create a a special discount code which will expose the free vendor members tickets. We can also have additiional vendor member ticket ($600) there to .(so it is obivous) Peter the code is VM_motm2015 (type in and the bottom of the ticket list.) Test it out. Once vendor renews we can give them their discount code.

When the early expire the Regular price tickets will auto pop. We currently have that set for 12/13/2014. we will need to update the actual page. . unless tell them to refer to the above prices. (probably a good idea)

OK Cancellation policy and PreConference class info added - @ThereseLogeais can you proofread @PeterWolf here is the special link we will give to the Vendors... it exposes the vendor tickets. https://www.eventbrite.com/e/meeting-of-the-minds-2015-tickets-14197987563?access=VM_motm2015 I was thinking that can VM can purchase guest tickets too for Dinners if they aren't attending the conference for extra people.

Heading looks odd.... Looks like the start time of the first event and the stop time of the last...

Spelling, punctuation and cab fare. They must be able to spot out of towners a mile away. The typical cab fare for me has been $15 plus tip. Also, we need to clarify the transfer policy. In Vegas, we had issues where an 90Minder wanted to transfer within the company to a non Minder and they were miffed that we dinged them the difference.

Thanks Jeff . I fixed the typo's.. good eyes. Personally I have no problem with allowing someone to sub for another. It is an on your honer thing anyways. It not worth the hassle of doing a billing it is really no extra work for us. Now if someone wants a refund we can hit them with the admin fee. Let's keep it easy and simple!! less work is better.

I think we should put in some times to give a feel for the schedule - which Jeff alluded to. The heading is confusing to me. People will need to book hotel and airfare based on this registration. Thursday 5:30pm to 7:30 pm -- Social Hour , Open Bar , Meet and Greet Friday 6:30 am to 8:00 am - Hot Breakfast - Hotel Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm - Sessions Friday 6:30 - 10:00 PM - Dinner cruise on San Diego Bay (Included in conference fee) Saturday 6:30 am to 8:00 am - Hot Breakfast - Hotel Saturday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm - Sessions Saturday 6:30pm to 9:00 pm - Group dinner (included in conference fee) Sunday - 10:00 am to 2:00 pm - Study Group - Sage Assessment What is our agreement with Alnoor? Do we have a minimum to hold the class? Maximum?Have we guaranteed him a fee in case the class were not to be held? I'm not overly concerned (within reason) about what this is - more that we've preplanned for it. Will Sage 100 ERP 2015 be ready for demo and should we use a ""first look"" type session as a way to increase interest. Everything looks good to me.

Great team work. Unless someone sees an issue I would like to post the link next week in Socialcast. Please confirm you all have your hotel reservations made.

I'll address the preconference session in another thread. But I have discussed the class attendance with Alnoor. If we are under 10 alboor will give us a per student cost. We do have. Class max of 20 students.

Not a big deal. There was a picture of it and it looked interesting. Wasn't available when I made the reservation. Only real reason to get one is if it has a jetted tub so I can have after meeting mini pool parties.......

I must have missed a memo. Are we reserving rooms already? Is 90 Minds picking up the Admin Board rooms again? Do we reserve it ourselves and then submit the expense?

  • 24.  RE: Team, Here is the link to the MOTM Web Site the

    Posted 11-15-2014 09:09
I believe it's the same deal as last year - 90 Minds will reimburse room and travel for Admin. Those who want can double up or you can book your own room.
