  • 1.  Tax Profile Did not Update v2.21

    Helping a client with COVID updates in payroll.  All of the tax updates have been downloaded but the changes are not appearing in the tax profile maintenance screen.  Specifically, the codes outlined below are not appearing.  If I create a new profile, they display but not the existing profiles.  I do not see a way to refresh the profile.

    Thoughts??

    What payroll version are you on?  I believe that was released with one of the payroll updates.

    v2.21.0.  As I indicated above, the options are not appearing in the two existing codes being used.  If I create a new code (above), the options appear.  In the past, these codes appeared when in maintenance.  No refresh required.  Thinking about deleting and recreating, but if I do that, do I apply to employees?

    Maybe the tax profiles need to be fixed via the Payroll Status Check?  Run the Payroll Status Check under Payroll/Utilities and see if Tax Profiles come up as a red status.  If so, drill into the list and choose the fix icon.

    @Shari Eckersley, @Mary Jo Krueger - That indeed did the trick.  I think I need to get better glasses.  The Sage launcher via the remote session ​​(smaller screen) obscured the fix button.  Found the second time around. Much appreciated.
