Tax Exemption numbers - going to throw this out there as another reseller just hit on this and I've seen it - client had exemption numbers setup in pre-4.40 version. (I think mine was 4.05, his was 3.71) 4.40 does not check the Sales Tax Reporting in AR Options (I can't tell you if it was checked in the old version, but I think not) and the exemptions did not get converted. I don't know if 4.4 fails to check the check box and should, or if the client had turned on sales tax at one point, setup exemptions, and turned it back off, or what, but just wanted to share. Other reseller had opened up a case with Sage and they had elevated it to level 2 (do trench clubs come out at that level?) and no one at Sage had looked at the check box yet. :-)
