TASK OPTIONS IN THE CLASSIC AND STANDARD DESKTOP OPTIONS This is NOT done. I'm just so bleary eyed and I know it needs more editing. I think it is way too long and wordy. Still, I wanted to get your feedback before I put in another few hours. To be honest, I think the first section is a real snore, and will only help the newest of us consultants. The information in the second part I like, but needs tightening up. I've never written an article before. I hope it's on the right track. Thanks, Roberta

We can review it tomorrow if you like. Might end up clarifying a route to completion!

I removed the original and added the updated version. I made some ""right mouse click menu"" comments on how to edit the tasks. Near the end, I highlighted where I made most of my changes. However, for now, I'm speculating for how it would work for customers and I don't want to publish speculation. I'll need to test when I upgrade a client from the new look to the new look. For the consultant piece, I sent my files to the other consultants. Two of the consultants noted success, the third didn't. I didn't get a chance to see what was different on her machine. This is what Sage told me would work. Do any of you have experience with this.? Thank you.

I tested my notes with our consultants in house with mostly success. I was at my first upgrade to test my words yesterday and moving the Sage 100 folder was hit and miss. On some computers, I could see a Sage 100 folder, on some I couldn't. On some computers, I could see the folders when signed in as administrator, on some, I could see it signed on as user. So, I'll be revising the article, since there is not just one ""story"" to success.
