My Acumatica customers are just using the built-in Landed Cost feature with defined accounts and Landed Cost Codes. Basically a non-event.

Not even joking, I'd throw an option for "Increased Pricing to accommodate (and let the backoffice deal with it in whatever way they like)" since that's what most of my distribution customers have done

Maybe something like this as an example,
A. How are you managing Tariffs or Surcharges?
1. Manually - only using std Sage functionality
2. An enhancement - ( leave space for name )
3. Scripting
4. Landed cost
5. Other - ( space to supply answer )
6. Have not been asked / see no demand for this
B. For how many clients have you implemented some type of tariff or surcharge?
C. If you used a third-party resource to assist with this - who or what was the resource - ( space to answer )

I'm on board with both your thoughts. Maybe as a middle ground we have some type of quick online poll to ask how people are handling tariffs? I have little interest in a drawn out meeting debating various approaches. However, it would be helpful to have a one-page cheat-sheet outlining how various consultants have approached this topic and then if a client wants to explore this further their consultant can take it from there.
