    Hi everyone 

    Here is some information that you may be asked about during your call with potential nominees.  I hope this helps.  Please let me know if you have any comments or suggestions.  

     Five (5) reasons to consider joining the 90 Minds Board of Directors

    1. 90 Minds board leadership is a strong way to elevate your standing in the ERP community.

    2. Participation on the board demonstrates your skills and commitment and could position you for other opportunities from the new contacts you make.

    3. Participation will provide learning experiences, visibility, and satisfaction while helping make a difference in how 90 Minds services its members.

    4. You can help shape the future of 90 Minds.

    5. The connections you make with other Board members and 90 Minds members will lead to long-lasting relationships.  

    Some additional benefits:  

    • Experience: Being a member of a board of directors can provide you with valuable experiences that you can use in your current position or one you may be interested in later in your career.
    • Network growth: Board members often network with other professionals in the industry and in the community they serve, typically through networking and fundraising events.
    • Public endorsement: Selection for a board position shows that an organization is entrusting you with a vital, visible and high-impact role. It is a public endorsement of your expertise and value.
    • Valuable knowledge: Board members bring a wealth of knowledge and experience that is invaluable to the organization.

    Expectations to Serve 

    1. Monthly Meetings every second Thursday

    2. Serve on one Committee (Membership, Events, Education, and Content Library)

    3. Travel and attend, support, and participate in MOTM (February 2024, March 2025) 

    4. Travel and attend the annual board retreat (5 days - May 15-18 2024)

    5. The Board positions will begin at the 90 Minds MOTM 2024 Board of Directors meeting in February 2024. 

    6. Potential future possibility to an officer role
