    I'm using Google Chrome 91. Suddenly I am getting -System is not currently available. Please contact the system administrator.


    This error is happening when I try to search the Sage 100 KB on both my Chromebook and Windows ( using the latest Chrome ). Strangely I don't have the issue on my iMac when I use Chrome there.

    I seem to be possibly the only person who runs into this type of issue semi-regularly with the KB but figured I'd check if anyone else encountered the same error today.

    I think I resolved this in chrome by deleting all cookies. I had tried to do this before but mistakenly cleared the cookies for partners.sagenorthamerica.com when the knowledgebase is at support.na.sage.com.

    Once I cleared the cookies ( by clicking on lock icon in the URL bar ) and closed/restarted chrome I was then able to view results from KB search. I would have thought this was a cookies issue immediately except it was happening on two computers and I didn't/don't think that cookies would be synchronized.
