Sage 100

Sage 100 2020 Premium - user bought new licenses. In System Configuration I updated the User Key, clicked Activate, and nothing happens.  Clicking Accept and cancel buttons also nothing happens.  *info shows the old users count.

Any ideas?

For Advanced / Premium, after a license update you have to restart the service.
Also, don't forget to update activate.pvx on terminal servers.
