  • 1.  Sync credit cards in Paya vault into Sage AR_ CustomerCreditCard

I have a customer who uses a 3rd party solution to create catalogs of their products which their sales reps use for ordering while on the road and away from WiFi /Cellular.

The third party solution is pushing the credit card info into the Paya vault. This seems to work and creates a GUID.

I think that this info used to sync into AR_CustomerCreditCard?
At least it seemed as if it was working previously.

Now the customer is advising that they are not seeing some ( or maybe even all ) of the cards that the third party pushed into Paya Vault.

Is anyone doing something similar to this?

To be clear - the issue isn't getting the card data into Paya Vault - it appears to be getting that data to sync into the Sage AR_CustomerCreditCard file.

I'm sure I could create another VI job to pull the GUID info to Sage, however I'm not sure there is a clear way to extract that data from the Paya vault ( ie - show me all changed cards from an external source between mm/dd/yy and mm/dd/yy ).

    Ideas or suggestions?

Paya has a few things in their development to communicate with it. Paya Direct API, Paya Connect Desktop v2.0, Paya Application API and Paya Exchange Virtual Desktop v2.0 which use to be called Sage Exchange Virtual Desktop SEVD. The later is the one used by Sage 100. With that you use to be able to do a Transaction Status Query and you would enter the TransactionID. This would give you the GUID. Not sure if you can still do that or not. I have noticed some changes over the years to harden some of this. There is not a report for changed cards but you can get a report of what was charged between dates. It really depends on what interface you are using to query.
