Same error in SO and PO forms - so it's not just 1 rec

I found this when I searched on ""line 1040"" Replace the Sy1Q01, Sy1Q02,Sy1Q03,Sy1Q04,Sy1QDD files in the ..\MAS90\SOA directory. OR Delete the ######Z00IM_AliasItemNumber START FILTER from the Sy1Q03.soa file using Data File Display and Maitenance. Delete the ######Z00IM_AliasItemNumber FSTART FILTER record from the SyQ04.soa file using Data File Display and Maintenance. This is an inventory lookup but it points to the likely problem file or files.

@ThereseLogeais - no joy. That KB didn't come up when I searched Atlas though... @GeneUlrich - not seeing any corresponding START or FSTART records for SO The error is happening in all the form code lookups, not just invoice printing.

Replacing the sy1 files from an older backup did not fix it either.

LM, Setup, Report Manager - try adding a report, anything, click close and let it rebuild.

Adding a report did not help, replacing SY_ReportSetting.m4t from backup did not help, Sage support copied in fresh sy1q files, no help either...

Since the backup files were a few months old, could network/printer changes affect these?

How about SY_Report Selection.m4t? Anything strange there?

Found sy1q files from another backup which worked.

... yes .. the alternate backup files had one discernible bad record that upon deletion fixed the multi-problems.

@PhilMcIntosh and @LeeGraham - Did you replace SY1Q01.soa through SY1Q04.soa and SY1QDD.SOA or just one of those files?

All of them.

@GeneUlrich thanks for the tip on the START record. That made it easy to fix a problem with the restored files.
