SWK Technologies and Point Solutions Announce Expansion of Strategic Relationship to Include Purchase of HighTower Point of Sale Solutions
February 20, 2014 - Livingston, NJ SWK Technologies, Inc. (""SWK"") and Point Solutions, LLC. (""Point"") announced today the purchase by Point of the HighTower Point of Sale (POS) solution suite, including both Point of Sale and Point of Sale Professional (also known as P2).

Point Solutions will continue to develop, sell, and service the HighTower POS solutions. All customer and reseller relationships will be transitioned to Point in the coming weeks and months. As part of the transition plan, support will continue to be provided by SWK for calendar 2014. This ensures consistent and ongoing technical and sales support for all POS solutions.
