I have a customer who has been using Vertex for sales tax. They've been pretty happy with it except that Vertex hasn't issued a connector that's compatible with Sage 100 past v2021.
So they've decided on Avalara.
Has anyone had to make a swap like this where they remove Vertex and install Avalara and if so what was the relative effort to remove Vertex?
