  • 1.  SVTRNA doesn't appear to copy AR Ship To

    Had a customer want to set up a new company based on existing company data. The SVTRNA worked - except it doesn't appear to copy the Ship-To file.

    Is there any harm in manually copying the SO_ShipToAddress.M4T from the old to new company?

    I can't see any harm, as long as the fields that link to other tables have valid records (Country Code, Contact, warehouse, Salesperson, ShipVia and Tax Schedule are the ones that jump out at me)

    Nope, I encountered the same issue a couple days ago.  Copy away.  Also, none of the customer paperless email tables (AR_CustomerDocumentContacts and AR_CustomerDocuments) were duplicated either.  Copy these while you are at it.

    Also does not appear to copy UDT but the UDF are global and work ok
