Sage 100

Suudenly I am getting ERROR #12 SY_PDFConverter.pvc Line 379 in a bunch of workstations when trying to print PDF Converter. Any CLUE?????? HELP

What Sage version? Anything new? Was it working yesterday? MSFT updates? All workstations? Can you create a test on the server?

SAGE 100 Standard 2013 Update 9. It was working....they hada a virus in one of the workstations and we had to reinstall in the server.

Try reinstalling the workstation?? Check the properties of the PDF converter??

I did reinstall the workstation setup....when you mean check properties..what I am looking for there??

Are these WIN 8 workstations? Did you run the workstation update also? Did the converter install properly? If not try to reinstall via PL_AdvancedOptions_UI under file run. Sorry, just throwing ideas at the wall to see if something sticks. See attached for property settings. Did you run the reinstall as Adminstrator?
