Here is an update from Krista/Marriott:
I connected with Ben (Director of Sales & Marketing).
He's put together a few date options below but stressed that they would prefer to keep this in the spring vs. pushing it to the fall if a move did happen.
Here are a couple of other options:
5/4-7 – increase the room rate
5/11-5/14 – Space looks good, a similar rate
9/7-9/10- Space looks good, a similar rate
9/22-24- Space would be different but I think would work well, a similar rate
October is already booked and August is peak summer pricing.
I did let them know our preference is to stay on current dates.
