  • 1.  Supported or Not Supported - That is the question

    I have a client with Sage HRMS and Sage 100 Payroll.  Sage PR is v2.24.  Sage 100 is v2020 (now unsupported).

    Client is having issues with the HRMS payroll link.  Sage support is pushing back by saying Sage version is unsupported (yes, 2020 is, BUT PR 2.24 is current).  IMHO, Sage is being lazy in their unwillingness to engage.  The issue is the PR link (v2.24), NOT Sage100.

    Thoughts, clarifications, help????

    So, wait, what ..... are you saying having N-2 for Accounting and N-3 for Payroll is confusing? You don't say.... /S

    BTW, Sage Partner Hub has a new sexy PDF that I think advertises this connection so Sage UK must be taking another swing at promoting it

    Not sure about the confusion.  I think a lot of what Sage does is confusing to the end user.  And to the reseller AND to their own support staff (HRMS tech support as well) included).  The Bottomline (sorry for the spelling) is whether you can get support a current version of PR while using an unsupported version of Sage 100.  

    To be or not to Be!  THAT is the question...
