  • 1.  Support from True Commerce anyone else have issues?

    Does anyone else have trouble getting support/responses from True Commerce? 

    Do you have your cusotmers add you as support contact so you can log cases on their behalf?

    Do you handle the onboarding of new trading partners for your customres, or have True Commerce take care of it?

    @Moira Goggin I have found the best way to get support with True Commerce is to log a case first - then call and reference the case you just created. 

    So yes, I add myself as the Support Contact so I can create cases.

    I try to let TC handle the on-boarding but sometimes that requires some effort on my or my end users part.
