I'm on the phone with Repay regarding ClickToPay and they're indicating the best email to request support for Sage 100 integration is integrations@repay.com ( as opposed to a more general support@repay, etc ).

Perhaps this is not new info - so just an update FWIW

We had a non-urgent problem with ClickToPay and called in. I learned that:
    1. APS is now a very large company, Repay. Employees can no longer simply walk down the hall and get an OK on something.
    2. Nearly everybody is WFH.
    3. Even though it is now harder to get special help, employees think the new company is quite good.
    4. "Support" for a company like this is mainly consumed by customers calling in with problems with payment authorizations and such.
    5. Elements regarding ERP integration are quite specialized and rarely overlap with (4). So, asking for "integrations" is far, far more effective than asking for "support."

So, emails to integrations@repay.com make perfect sense!

Also, as part of the Repay transition, the 3 UDFs used in the Sage integration for ClickToPay have changed. Hence you must change the fields referenced in the invoice, SO, and statement forms. These are spec'd in the latest documentation for integrations, dated July, 2021. I don't recall ever seeing a public announcement for this change.

I set up click to pay for a customer a year or so ago and it has been working fine... as far as I and the customer know.  Do you mean if the UDF's aren;t changed, the click to pay I set up most likely isn't working?
@Jerry Norman  re your comment:  " These are spec'd in the latest documentation for integrations, dated July, 2021. ", Can you attach this document to this thread?  if not, where can I download the information?

    Doug,
For your next upgrades involving APS / Repay, you'll be changing from the ASI version of APS to the APS version of Repay.  There are two main changes (neither of which are highlighted by them).
    1. A change in keys / registration.
    2. The C2P UDF's.  (Good tip Jerry!).
If you don't upgrade the customer, the old setup should continue to work.

Yes. Have them check an invoice sent, and they'll see that looks like a "normal" Sage invoice, without C2P logo or actions. You must replace the fields used in the logic with the new ones. See the attached doc.

This has (had) the potential to really slow things down.  I believe Bob was the Brain behind the program.
