I've summarized the Sage session with Mike Edgett and Brian Wall. To me this felt like listening to a live webinar. They went over their retention rates and Mike talked about their plan to hire CSM which is basically someone who checks in on new Sage 100 subscribers to be sure they are happy. Apparently the people most likely to cancel their subscriptions are those who've just bought. And the CSM's role is to ensure that the customer has all the initial support they need.

Both Mike and Brian seem like people that we should encourage Sage to send every year. Especially Brian who deals with retention and probably would benefit a lot from talking to use outside of the sessions to learn what customers and consultants are complaining about.

Thanks @Wayne Schulz  Always appreciated.  I did like their session as well.  Very informative.  I smiled when they admitted their invoices/renewal notices have room for improvement.  Sad that they can't be changed.  Their email addresses are golden.
