I summarized my notes from the MOTM 2025 Palm Springs Sage keynote and added a few items people were asking about during networking:

    1. How much revenue does Sage 100 generate annually?
    2. How many users does Sage 100 have?
    3. How many users does Sage 100 presently lose annually?

Some of the above information was in other sessions. And some was in Sage Partner Central. All I did was compile it.

Here's a link to the MOTM 2025 Sage Keynote summary which is in our content library. Please note that this should be considered internal use by 90 Minds consultant members only.

Thanks again @Wayne Schulz  Rob was a breath of fresh air.  Time will tell if Sage actually changes this time.

Great summary.  Not sure how much you wrote vs. your device/assistant, but the end result is all that matters!

The revenue figures you provided were enlightening and make it very unlikely @Moira Goggin's dream of building a true Sage 100 Cloud product will come to fruition through purchase of the source code.

With regard to Sage embedding AI into the product, I do believe we will get a copilot, but unlikely that we will get something from Sage akin to what Moshe Nachman demonstrated with SAP in the Friday keynote.  If we really want true Agentic AI we will need to facilitate a partnership with Moshe or some organization like his and a master developer willing to invest.  The major publishers all believe the AI market opportunity will dwarf ERP in the near future.

I did this all with Plaud. Then I added some details which made the summary more complete. The revenues and customer counts were from the Sage Partner Portal. Attrition looks good now for Sage 100 however you might reasonably expect this low number will ramp up as the product continues to age.
