Summarized Component Requirement Report - does anyone know if this report just does not work in v4.4.10? I have a customer where I just install PU10 thinking that it might fix the issue but when I run a summarized component requirement report I do not get any components. In some testing on my 4.5 system I've been able to get a valid report. Anyone have any experience with this particular report in Bill of Materials v4.4 pu 10?

I've got a newer version (SP 21) installed and it works fine have you tried running the bill validation report? and rebuilding sort files? also look at BM1 file using DFDM to see if there is a record with a blank key?

As a I can tell there is a product defect in 4.4.10 when the BOM has subassemblies that are also bills with components. I'm able to get the bill to print just fine when I only have components at level 1. As soon as I add subassemblies it clams up. Cannot totally rule out a data error - I'm still grinding away.

SOLVED: Customer had created a number of BOM which were blank. When we deleted the blank BOM everything flowed just fine. This was tricky because it involved several different bills. Also one bill had been created with options. @DavidOverholt suggestion to run the Bill Validation Report was what put me back on track..
