I'm in the process of going through a 3.71 upgrade and searching the Sage website for various patches and Sage versions is challenging. 90 Minds should have this stored separate from the Sage website which might be subject to change without much notice or explanation.
I don't see this improving under Sage management.
Therefore I suggest the group collectively double down on creating a separate set of complete disks in one central location.
Yes - we probably all have various versions on our own drives and file storage. But there are portions that we all are missing - especially around the 3.x to 4.x versions.
I'm not sure if we still have a Dropbox with those disks. If so that's a great place to start.
As we continue to see consultants leave the channel it's going to be increasingly difficult to email a consultant and ask if they have a spare disk for a specific version.
You might even consider taking on something like Google Workspace and using that file storage with a limited number of licenses ( people pay for their own license ) which would also allow for you to create more documentation before it becomes increasingly difficult to access knowledge due to people leaving the Sage ecosystem ( retire, go to Acumatica, go to Intacct, leave ERP altogether, etc ).
Just a suggestion on another thing that could make 90 Minds a "must join" and add member value
