    Suddenly all our 25 CRM users are locked out. The error message is: An unexpected event has occurred: EAcess Violation: Access violation at address 1A0059A0 in module ""eare.dll"" Read of address 30333128 Does anyone have any ideas? Sage Knolwedge Base is silent.

    This is a pretty ugly, generic error. Based on your message, it seems like it is happening right on login? Is it happening for everyone - including admin logins? Is it all browsers? Try resetting IIS and let me know if it's still happening.

    Resetting IIS did the trick!! Not sure what happened but they are now back in the app. Many thanks Peter! Leonard
