One of the users today calls with repeated and sporadic errors while trying to email AR Statements from paperless
Unable to print AR_Statement2.rpt. Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
Unable to print AR_Statement2.rpt. The operation completed successfully
Unable to print AR_Statement2.rpt. Settings to access printer 'Check Printing Printer' are not valid.
These errors all appear on the
Sage KB here at ID 101176I tried:
- Deleting and reinstall paperless ( pl_advancedoptions_ui ) on the TS ( with a user that has local admin )
- Edited the registry HKEY CURRENT CONFIG so users have full rights to the SOFTWARE keys
- Run Sage 100 "as Administrator"
I feel like maybe I'm overlooking something but am out of ideas.
So far no other users have called with paperless issues ( they all share the same TS )
Any other thoughts?
